2. Delivery Timeframes

8. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the package, our delivery partner will make up to two more attempts before returning the package to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, and cover the return shipping costs for any faulty or incorrect items.
