Procedures:

For Online and Mobile Banking

• After your purchase checkout then you can proceed to online banking
• Login to your account and click My Finance ► cards
• Click Card Details for the relevant credit card
• Select View Statement (you can select the current or the last 2 statements)
• Click on Convert to Installment Payment Plan under the eligible transaction
• Select the transaction and choose the tenor* 6 or 12 Months and click continue
• Agree to Terms and Conditions ► Enter Smart Pass Token ► Confirm 
• Deal is booked and IPP will booked Instantly
• You will receive an SMS confirming the installment plan

Point of Sale

• Pay using your Emirates NBD Credit Card
• Ask for the 0% Installment Plan at the payment counter
• Your transaction will be converted instantly
