The information we collect is the information you provide when registering the account on our website. This information is limited to Name, email address, Contact number, Shipping address, etc.

No credit card details are collected or stored by us as the payment transaction is taken care of by third-party payment processors in a secure manner.

We may send promotional emails or new offer notification emails to our client's email addresses or send SMS messages. Our clients can opt out of any of these at any time.

By joining and/or using our site, you confirm that you do not consider the stated Privacy policies a breach of your rights. Please note that our Privacy Policy is periodically updated and that users are bound by the most recent update of the policy. It is therefore the customer/user’s responsibility to continue to check our Privacy Policy for updates. By registering for an account, you also confirm that you do not object to us contacting you via any of the contact details that you provided us with upon registration or after registration.

Delivery Policy
The Standard time for delivery is 3-5 days after purchase. We calculate the delivery estimates by adding the estimated courier service time. But the delivery time depends upon the delivery location. For remote and rural places, the delivery may take 5 to 10 days.

Delivery charges exclude taxes and customs duties applied on arrival or destination.

No deliveries on Fridays and National Holidays.

We do not do deliveries in Free Zones, Airports & Ports.

Our Return / Refund Policy
Goods once sold will only be exchanged or returned or money refunded if the product is defective.

If the return is due to a mistake at our end, we will be glad to take care of collection and shipping to our warehouse; in all other cases, you should send the item to us using any shipping company of your choice. In any case, you should inform us properly and within the defined timelines for any return.

Refunds will be credited back to your credit card and it can take 10-15 days. All charges that the payment processor charges for credit card purchases and refunds will be deducted from this refund. If the order was on Cash on Delivery, all courier charges will be deducted.
