Mini Fuzz Pedal with Output, Fuzz, and Buffer Controls

Unleash iconic fuzz tones in a compact format with the MXR Classic 108 Fuzz Mini, available at Sadek Music. This pedal delivers the vintage character of the legendary Fuzz Face, powered by a silicon BC-108 transistor for that unmistakable round, dirty crunch. Its simple two-knob interface (Output and Fuzz) makes it easy to dial in classic fuzz tones, whether you want subtle grit or full-on saturated madness. A built-in Buffer switch eliminates high-frequency loss and oscillation, especially when paired with wah pedals, ensuring your tone cuts through with clarity. Housed in a pedalboard-friendly MXR mini chassis, the Classic 108 Fuzz Mini is built tough for the stage and features true bypass switching for pure signal integrity. Power it with a standard 9-volt adapter (sold separately) and bring timeless fuzz into your modern rig.

No pedalboard is complete without a good fuzz

Fuzz pedals like the Classic 108 Mini can give you some of the same characteristics of distortion, such as long sustain and extra harmonic richness. But a good fuzz effect will sound almost glitchy and sputtery, as if the pedal is chewing on your signal and spitting it out. Running a fuzz into a barely overdriven tube amp and then kicking it on for solos is a time-honored way to whip an audience into a frenzy. You’ve heard countless examples of fuzz pedals, from classic acts like the Yardbirds to modern groups like Queens of the Stone Age. You'll be hard-pressed to find a guitarist here at Sweetwater without a fuzz on their pedalboard.

Frequently asked questions

Many compact pedals run on a 9V DC centre-negative power supply, but voltage, polarity and current draw vary between pedals. Always check the pedal's specifications or manual before connecting a power supply, and use a supply that provides enough current.

You need an instrument cable from the guitar to the first pedal and from the last pedal to the amplifier, plus a short patch cable between each pedal on your board.
