SX Guitars continues to build upon its stellar reputation with its latest acoustic range, which has quickly become one of the most popular steel-string guitars for beginners at Sadek Music. Their latest Acoustic range further solidifies that reputation and has very quickly become our most popular steel-string guitar for beginners, as it offers the perfect balance of tone, playability, and affordability. These guitars are highly praised for offering the perfect balance of tone, playability, and affordability—a combination that makes them an ideal choice for new players just starting their musical journey.

The SD104 features a Basswood top , back, and sides, which gives the guitar a lovely, warm, well-balanced sound that belies its very reasonable price tag. The Okume neck gives solid, stable tuning, while the rosewood fingerboard makes this an immensely playable instrument that even a total beginner will find comfortable and easy to play.

Frequently asked questions

Steel strings, usually phosphor bronze or 80/20 bronze. Lighter gauges are easier on the fingers; heavier gauges give a fuller sound but need more finger pressure. Do not put steel strings on a classical (nylon-string) guitar.

An acoustic-electric guitar has a built-in pickup and preamp so it can be plugged into an amplifier or PA system; a purely acoustic guitar has no electronics. Check the Specification tab of this product for its electronics.
