Available now at Sadek Music, the Taylor 24ce Grand Auditorium features a mahogany top that delivers an earthy, warm voice with pronounced midrange character. Taylor’s signature torrefaction (roasting) process slightly darkens the wood, enhancing the tone with a sweeter, played-in sound that’s rich and expressive right out of the box. This model offers an exceptional full-size acoustic experience at one of Taylor’s best-ever price points, making it an ideal choice for players seeking professional-quality tone and craftsmanship.

Sadek Music, the Taylor 24ce Grand Auditorium blends warm, lively acoustic character with signature Taylor playability, delivering the full-size, full-scale cutaway Grand Auditorium experience at an accessible entry-level price. Its solid mahogany top produces a warm, dry tonal profile with strong midrange focus, ideal for players seeking a rootsy, earthy sound. The layered sapele back and sides provide tonal balance, making the 24ce equally suited for strumming or fingerstyle playing. Taylor’s unique voicing architecture enhances volume and sustain while ensuring harmonic consistency across the ebony fretboard. A slim, heelless maple neck delivers the smooth, familiar feel Taylor players expect. Subtle visual touches — including 4mm dot inlays, a single-ring black rosette, chrome tuners, and a faux-tortoiseshell pickguard — maintain a classic, elegant look. For modern performance, the 24ce comes equipped with Fishman Sonitone GT-2 electronics and includes a gig bag, making it easy to plug in and play anywhere. Experience the full-size Taylor sound and craftsmanship of the 24ce Grand Auditorium, proudly available at Sadek Music.

V-Class Bracing

Taylor 24ce Grand Auditorium features cantilevered V-Class bracing, enhancing volume, sustain, and intonation for a richly balanced tone. Its slender, heelless maple neck ensures silky-smooth playability along the full-length solid ebony fingerboard. The 24ce also delivers a clean, classic visual aesthetic, with 4mm Italian acrylic dot inlays, a single-ring black rosette, faux-tortoiseshell pickguard, chrome tuners, and a matte finish, combining timeless style with modern functionality.

Frequently asked questions

Steel strings, usually phosphor bronze or 80/20 bronze. Lighter gauges are easier on the fingers; heavier gauges give a fuller sound but need more finger pressure. Do not put steel strings on a classical (nylon-string) guitar.

An acoustic-electric guitar has a built-in pickup and preamp so it can be plugged into an amplifier or PA system; a purely acoustic guitar has no electronics. Check the Specification tab of this product for its electronics.
