We want every customer to have a pleasant experience whenever they visit any of our stores anywhere. We provide training to our staff to make sure that the customer leaves our stores without any complaints. But if any of our customers have had an unpleasant experience with any of our staff in any store, we would like to get feedback so that we can make sure such incidence does not happen and we can improve our customer satisfaction record. We also encourage our customers to give positive feedback so that we can appraise our staff accordingly.
