3 Days Return:
If you receive a product and find it to be defective or not as described, you can return it within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all the original packaging and accessories. Returns requested after the 3-day period will not be accepted.
7 Days Refund:
In case you change your mind about a purchase within 7 days of receiving your order, we offer a refund option. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all the original packaging and accessories. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
14 Days Exchange:
If you wish to exchange a product due to size, color, or any other preference-related reason, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. The product must be in its original condition, unopened, and with all the original packaging and accessories. Please specify the desired replacement item when requesting an exchange.
Important Notice: Customer Drop-off Required
To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, we kindly request that customers bring the items they wish to return or exchange to our store. Our team will be available to assist you during our store's operating hours. We do not offer pickup services for returns or exchanges.
Returns from Other Stores:
If you purchased a product from a different store and wish to exchange it within the next day, we may accommodate the exchange. Please visit our store with the item, and we will evaluate the possibility of the exchange on a case-by-case basis.
Conditions for All Returns and Exchanges:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
