Custom D’Addario strings optimize this bass’s sound
The Taylor GS Mini-e Bass features custom strings designed by D’Addario. Designed exclusively for the short-scale GS Mini-e Bass, these strings feature nylon cores that are overwound with coated phosphor bronze wire. We love the warm, clear bass that these strings exhibit.
ES-B pickup delivers top-notch plugged-in tone
When you plug the GS Mini-e Bass into a PA or your favorite amplifier, expect killer tone. Its ES-B pickup incorporates design elements from Taylor’s acclaimed Expression System 2. There’s also a preamp with built-in digital chromatic tuner onboard. Dial in your sound with the Tone and Volume controls. There’s even an LED low battery indicator. And the 2-button cell 3-volt lithium batteries provide about 300 hours of use.
